Our GoodCook Everyday Cheese Slicer cuts even slices of cheese for sandwiches, burgers, casseroles and more. Use with semi-soft cheeses, such as: American, Mozzarella and Provolone. The sturdy stainless steel cutting wire is guided by the roller guide wheel for clean and even cuts. To cut thick or thin slices, simply angle the slicer to bring the guide wheel closer/further from the cheese.
